Who needs a Kenya eTA
Since Kenya moved to the eTA system, nearly all foreign visitors must apply — including nationalities that were formerly visa-free. Limited exemptions apply, notably for citizens of some East African Community partner states and a short list of exempt countries. Transit and connecting passengers should check whether a transit eTA is required for their route. Confirm your status on the official portal before booking.
