Contact the OnlineVisa.net editorial team

Last updated 12 July 2026

We’re a small, independent editorial team, and reader feedback keeps our guides accurate. Here’s how to reach us and what we can (and can’t) help with.

We cannot process visas or check your application status. We are not a visa agency or government body. For anything about a specific application, you must contact the official government portal or authority named in the relevant guide.

What to contact us about

How to reach us

Email is the best way to reach the editorial team. Use the address published on this page (or in the site footer). To help us respond quickly, please include:

  1. The page URL your message is about.
  2. The specific detail you believe is wrong or missing.
  3. Where possible, the official government source that shows the correct information.

That last point matters most for fee and rule corrections — a link to the official portal lets us verify and update fast.

Please don’t send personal documents. Never email us passport scans, photos, payment details, or application data. We don’t need them and can’t act on them. See our privacy policy.

What we can’t do

For any of those, contact the official authority named in the guide for your destination — find it via our country directory.

Response times

We read every message. Accuracy reports are actioned as quickly as we can verify them; general enquiries may take longer. We can’t guarantee an individual reply to every message, but corrections that check out will be reflected on the site with an updated review date.
